INVITATION TO EARLY CAREER RESEARCHERS
Scholarships are available to support travel to this meeting by Australian postgraduates and early career researchers who may consider writing a postdoc proposal that somehow bridges between ecology and gene function or expression. Email the Network including a brief (1-2 para) statement of your career situation and possible future plans, plus a CV and academic record.

The first meeting was a general discussion of possibilities. The second meeting will be targeted at drafting proposals that bridge between ecology and gene function or gene expression. On Tuesday 26th June there will be short talks from a variety of active researchers. This will flow on into discussions, and especially on Wednesday 27th June, to actually outlining possible proposals.

The Network will make some scholarships available to support participation in this meeting by postgrads or early career researchers who would be interested to draft proposals for postdocs or other research in Australia.
